PURCHASE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
1) Please ensure that the selected item is in the correct colour and sizing before checking out. Lee Teng Select will not be able to amend your orders once they are confirmed.
No exchanges or refund will be entertained for wrong items selected.
2) To avoid possible shipment delays, kindly ensure that all delivery information submitted during the checkout process are accurate.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
1) Lee Teng Select is not liable for any damage to the product that is caused by the handling process of the courier.
2) Overseas shipping is subjected to custom clearance and tax. Payment of customs fees or duties will be borne by the recipient, and are due at the time of delivery. For more information on customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. We are not responsible for all costs incurred for undelivered parcels.
3) Buyer will need to bear the extra delivery costs for any exchange or failed delivery of the item.
EXCHANGE POLICY
1) To be eligible for an exchange, the items must be unused with the original tags on and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
2) Exchange is only allowed for items with defects and it will be accessed case by case.
3) For any approved exchange, it has to be done within 7 days upon receiving or within 30 days for international orders.
4) Kindly PM on Facebook and state the reason for the exchange. Once approved, please send the item to the address provided. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred due to the exchange. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
5) In the event of goods damaged during delivery, kindly provide a clear photo of the damaged item within 24 hours upon receiving it. Replacements will be investigated on a case by case basis.
Pre-order (PO) and bid items
1) All PO items will take about 2-4 weeks to arrive in Singapore. In the event of shipment delay, the estimated arrival date may take up to 8 weeks.
2) Lee Teng select is not liable for any delay in shipment from the supplier and any damage of the item that is caused by the handling of the courier.
3) No exchange or refund for all PO and bid items.
4) In the event the PO item has defect, the items must be unused with the original tags on and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
CREDIT REFUND
1) Credit refund is only valid for items that are checked out and unavailable. We will credit your account within 7 business working days.
